Step into the Colosseum before the crowds and experience Ancient Rome like a true VIP. This extra-small group tour offers early access to the Arena Floor, allowing you to walk in the footsteps of gladiators while the city is just beginning to stir.
Your journey begins at 9 a.m., the perfect time to enjoy the quiet majesty of Rome’s most iconic monument. With your expert guide, you’ll enter through a special access gate and stand on the partially reconstructed arena floor, where battles once captivated thousands. Then ascend to the upper tier for sweeping views and unforgettable photo opportunities from the perspective of the ancient spectators.
Next, continue into the Roman Forum, once the bustling heart of the Empire. Stroll among ruins of temples, basilicas, and triumphal arches as your guide brings this powerful city center back to life with stories of politics, religion, and daily Roman life.
Your final stop is the Palatine Hill, the birthplace of Rome and home to its emperors. Walk among the remnants of grand imperial palaces and enjoy some of the most peaceful, panoramic views in all of Ancient Rome. It's a serene and powerful conclusion to a morning steeped in history, architecture, and awe.
