From there, we’ll head to Paciotti, a beloved family-run salumeria that has been a local staple since 1970. Here, you’ll enjoy a refined tasting of three premium cold cuts and three perfectly paired cheeses, the kind of fare Romans choose for their own tables.

Next, we’ll visit either Fischio or Secondo Tradizione, two top-tier spots where locals gather for well-crafted drinks and flavorful small bites.
