This exciting culinary experience unfolds at Chicca’s 18th-century Tuscan farmhouse, where you will learn to make an authentic, multi-course meal from scratch. This meal is inspired by Tuscany’s rich culinary tradition and features homemade appetizers, pasta and fresh vegetables, and a mouthwatering dessert. As part of your immersive cooking experience, you will be provided a tour of Chicca’s garden, where you will pick fresh herbs to include in your meal.
As you enjoy your culinary creations among rustic vineyards and idyllic olive trees, you will also have the opportunity to sample local Tuscan cheeses and Bolgheri wines. Indeed, a local, expert winemaker will guide you through a wine-tasting featuring Bolgheri DOC wines, which, of course, will perfectly complement your meal.
