What Our Guests Are Saying

I have a confession. Generally speaking, tours are not my “thing”. Contingent upon the charisma and delivery of the tour guide, admittedly, my attention span lasts 10 minutes. Therefore a 3 hour tour was very daunting for my liking. Mircea, also known as Mitch, was fantastic! His encyclopedic knowledge not only astounds me but kept me engaged and very interested. Ask him anything and he had an answer. Not once was he stumped. Not once! In summation, the Roman Vacations tour was remarkable and I thoroughly, thoroughly enjoyed it. A++ to both Mitch and his wonderful coworkers. Grazie mille!

Our tour of Rome was fantastic! Angela did a wonderful job. She was personable and engaging and really knew her stuff. She clearly loves what she does and loves Roman history and we really enjoyed her energy and engagement and how see made it super fun for all of us. I can’t recommend her highly enough

My family went on a Coliseum, Roman Forum, and Pallantine Hill tour today with Mircea and it was absolutely fabulous. It was a terribly hot day and he was very good about giving us breaks and stopping in the shade so our time in the sun was reduced. His knowledge throughout the tour was incredible and he was able to answer every question we threw out to him. Even my two teenagers loved the tour! It was great that there were only nine of us so it had a personal touch, too. Jamie in the office was great, as well. Easy to work with and very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them!!

Angela was super fun and very knowledgeable about the area. She gave so much information about each piece at each area, you can tell she loves her job. Thank you Angela for sharing your passion. The tour went from the hills and forums to the Colosseum and o the pictures we were able to take. Great experience for all of us. We have 3 boys 16 and 14. They were entertained the whole way through, which is sometimes hard to do, this did.
