Rachel Zitin is a certified yoga instructor and longtime Rome-based tour guide who brings warmth, mindfulness, and a deep understanding of movement to every class. After completing her training in Bali, she began leading slow-flow vinyasa sessions for individuals and small groups, both in person and online. Her teaching blends breath, body, and joy—ideal for beginners and those seeking a thoughtful, nourishing experience. She also hosts yoga and wellness retreats across Italy.
